FRANKIE PARK STRYK

Frankie holds a BFA in Dance and performed with professional dance companies in the States and abroad. Her personal training certification is through AFAA and she is certified in Pilates Mat, Reformer and Chair through The Physical Mind Institute and Balanced Body.

Frankie’s focus is an overall level of fitness through functional training and weights. Through her dance and Pilates background she understands the importance of having a strong and stable core so the rest of the body can move with ease. Although retired from dancing for many years, Frankie still enjoys taking several dance classes a week.
