Arlington Personal Fitness (APF) is a multi dimensional facility that provides totally personalized services focusing on overall health and fitness for a diverse clientele in a very private atmosphere. APF offers personal fitness training, sport coaching, massage therapy, nutritional counseling and corporate fitness seminars. Arlington Personal Fitness is a sponsor of the "Run/Walk for the Whisper", a fundraising and awareness raising event for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. At the Run/Walk for the Whisper event Arlingon Personal Fitness annually lead the warm up for the race.
