Healthy Baking Class a Yummy Success!

Thanks to all of you who came to the class and to Pastry Chef Karen Stiegler's very tasty and healty recipes, the Healthy Baking Class was enjoyed by all.

The healthy baking class was great! I made the Lemon Angel Food Cake this weekend and it was delicious. It was so helpful to have watched Karen go through the steps during class. I can't wait to try some of the other recipes she gave us. I highly recommend taking the class when the next one is offered!
