Standing Dumbell Lateral Raises PDF Print E-mail

Start movement by holding dumbells with palms facing body.  Elbows are slightly bent.
2
Slowly raise dumbells until arms are parallel to the floor.  Elbows are in line with shoulders and hands.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
