Set adjustable bench so that incline angle is less than 45 degrees.  Start movement with arms straight and dumbells directly over shoulders.  Palms are facing away form head.  
2 Slowly lower weight by bending the elbows until that dumbels are slightly above shoulder height.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
