   1    Place left knee on top of bench.  Right leg is shoulder distance from bench and slightly bent.  Start the movement by holding dumbell with right hand and palm facing bench.  Arm is straight.
2 Slowly lift weight by raising right elbow toward ceiling until dumbell touches rib cage.  Do not twist shoulders and keep back flat.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
