While keeping feet on bench or floor hold dumbells with palms facing each other.  Elbows are pointing toward legs and not out to the sides. Arms are straight.

Keeping the elbows in, slowly bend them until forearm is parallel to the floor or slightly past.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
