Stand with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent.  Hold dumbells so palms face the body.  Shoulder blades are tucked together.  
2 Slowly bend elbows as far as possible without moving them forward. Keep hands facing body.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
