Stand with knees slightly bent.  V bar is slightly higher than elbow height.  Torso is leaning slightly forward at the waist.  Shoulder blades are tucked together.  Elbows are tight against side.
2 Slowly extend the elbow until it is completely straight.  Keep elbows tucked in against torso and wrists straight.  Return to starting position and complete required number of reps.
