Start the movement by placing feet solidly on the floor.  Place triceps and elbow on bench and keep upper body erect.  Arms are just short of completely straight so as to not put too much stress on the elbows.

Slowly bend the elbows as far as possible without moving them off the pad.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
