Stand with feet about shoulder width apart.  Knees slightly bent.  Hold dumbells with palms facing the body.  Shoulder bladed are tucked together.

Slowly bend the elbow and rotate the dumbells so that palms are facing the ceiling when half way up.

Bend the elbows as far as possible without moving them forward.  Return to starting position by reversing the hand motion and complete the required number of reps.
