Sit on bench with back support.  Hold dumbells with arms straight and palms facing the front (if shoulder issue exists then angling palms slightly in is recommended).  Feet are firmly planted on the floor.

Start the movement by slowly bending the elbows and lowering the weight until dumbells are slightly higher than shoulder level.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
