Hand stance on bench is slightly wider than shoulder width. Feet are approximately at the same height as the hands. Elbows are pointing straight back. |

Slowly bend elbows until upper arm is parallel, or just shy of parallel, with floor. Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps. |
