1 Knees are slightly bent.  Arms are straight and hands are slightly turned in if using and E-Z curl bar.  If using a straight bar, hands are just wider than shoulder width.  Shoulder blades are tucked together.

Slowly bend the elbows as far as possible without moving them forward.  Return to starting position and complete the required number of reps.
