STEPHANIE’S FAMOUS CROCKPOT CHILI


1 LB GROUND TURKEY (TURKEY BREAST IS LEANER)
1 CUP OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING VEGETABLES  (FINELY CHOPPED)
CARROTS
CELERY
ONIONS
GREEN PEPPER
RED PEPPER
BROCOLLI

1 SMALL CHOPPED & SEEDED JALAPENO PEPPER   
1 16 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES
2 TABLESPOONS CHILI POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS CUMIN
2 TSP OREGANO
1/2-1 TSP CAYENNE (DEPENDS ON HOW HOT YOU LIKE IT!)

*LAYER IT IN THIS FASHION IN THE CROCKPOT AND COOK AWAY ALL DAY!
*30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING STIR IN ONE 16 OZ. CAN OF YOUR FAVORITE BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED.
*YOU CAN ADJUST THE SPICES TO SUIT YOUR TASTES!
