Small Group Personal Training is now available at Arlington Personal Fitness!

Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 9 am

Starting January 14th


$20 per workout
(8 week commitment is required)

Start this New Year off on the right foot with challenging workouts and a fun atmosphere!

Space is limited to 6 participants.
Mail or drop off payment at Arlington Personal Fitness to register.

I have attended the small group training sessions for about a month. We fondly refer to our hour with Jenn as "boot camp" and enjoy it immensely. I would encourage others to sign up as it makes me feel so great when I have such an intense workout on a Saturday. The workouts are challenging, variable and fun.
