The benefits of spinning classes - Come try out one of our spin classes taught by either Darline or Tracey.
"However, my personal fitness goal is to become a foremost expert in Cycle cardio conditioning. I see so many people taking cycling classes and not improving in their fitness simply because Cycling/Spinning classroom instructors are only teaching classes and not providing fitness training. I also see so many outdoor cyclist begrudgingly take cycling classes during inclement weather simply as a means to keep their legs moving. With a skilled Indoor Cycling instructor, I believe Indoor cycling offers a better training opportunity than stationary bike training. In Indoor Cycling you are able to focus on form, core strength and stabilization, relaxation, and strong riding techniques. For non-cycling athletes, Indoor cycling offers a fantastic low impact cardio conditioning along with the core strength and stabilization that most athletes require."
