Just in time for the summer - APF Boot Camp Is Here! Led by Nelson Mendes

Are you ready for an intense fat burning, heart pounding workout? APF’s Boot Camp training offers a variety of full body exercises, drills, and calisthenics to maximize caloric burn and increase stamina.

Classes begin on 4/11 through 6/6. No class will be held on May 30^th. All fitness levels are welcomed. Classes will be held at Washington Lee High School every Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30am. Please assemble behind the north goal of the field with your exercise mats. The cost is $20 per class with an eight week commitment.
